This Friday, January 15th from 7-10pm the Utah Games Guild will host the first of our quarterly local indie game showcases at The Leonardo.

On Saturday December 5th the Utah Games Guild will join the city of Eagle Mountain and Youth Tech Hub in hosting the first-ever EM City Youth Tech Jam, a free one-day event for youth ages 9-18 to learn about game and app development.
The Utah Games Guild will host the game development track, in which students will learn the basics of Unity, experiment with live C# code, and express their creativity!

We could also use a few more volunteer mentors who know their way around Unity and can help out with our classes between noon and 5pm on December 5th. You wouldn't need to prepare anything ahead of time: just show up and float around the room helping out students who have questions or run into issues.
